Room Rates

1st April 2012 – 31st March 2013

Prices are per person per night. All of our rooms are double or twin rooms.

  • 1 Night bed & breakfast – £40
  • 3 Nights or more bed & breakfast – £38
  • 5 Nights or more bed & breakfast – £36
  • Single occupancy – £53

Bank Holidays, Festivals & Cartmel Race Days require a minimum of 2 nights stay – full double room rate applies.  Christmas stays  by special arrangement, please call for tariff.

Week-ends June through September require a minimum of 2 nights stay.

Rooms are available from 3:30pm. Earlier/or after 6pm by arrangement.

Rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure.

Room Booking and Cancellation Policy

WE STRONGLY URGE GUESTS TO CHECK THESE CONDITIONS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.

  1. A £30 per room per night, non-refundable deposit is required within ten days of placing the booking to confirm it.
  2. In the event of a cancellation less than 21 days before the first reservation the guest will be liable for the whole amount of the booking; subject to Owner’s discretion.
  3. Guests are advised to take out appropriate holiday cancellation insurance, as a booking is a contract under English Law.
  4. Payments may be made using cash, cheque, debit card, credit card or electronic transfer. Cheques may be made payable to “Greenacres Guest House”. Credit or Debit cards will attract a small processing fee.

Cottage Rates

1st April 2012 – 31st March 2013

Self-catering weekly lets that sleep 2, from Friday to Friday.

Prices are for the whole cottage per week.

  • April to October = From £250 – £495
  • November to March = From £200 – £350

Bank Holidays, Festivals, Cartmel Races, Christmas & New Year stays by special arrangement, please call for tariff.

Shorter stays of a minimum of 3 nights may be available, please contact us to check availability and pricing details.

  • Bedlinen and two sets of towels and kitchen cloths included.
  • Laundry service on request (Charge applies/24hr turnaround)

Arrivals not before 2pm and check out by 10am.
